Lobster roll: impossible food-wine pairing? What would you do?

Gotta have acidity to the wine…lots of acidity…and citrus fruits…lemony.  Muscadet?  Pouilly-Fume…stainless steel.  Def Loire for me.  Although, perhaps Txakoli from Basque?

Beer?  How about Gueuze from Cantillon?
